We had a fantastic meal here! 10/10 would recommend. It was so busy and we had not booked but staff managed to find us a table without any issues. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff were so nice! If we were local, it would be one of my top places to eat at regularly.
Omg, absolutely delicious home cooked meals, the confi duck was beautiful, and so was the pork belly and my friends also had the sausage and mash, a really cosy atmosphere as well, would 100% recommend a visit there.
A beautiful lunch for a belated mother's day. I hadn't been here for quite a few years so wasn't sure what it would be like now but I was not disappointed. Great menu, food was absolutely beautiful, brilliant and friendly staff and service, and a beautiful country pub with a lovely atmosphere. What more can you want? It was also so lovely to see dogs being welcome.
Great quintessential country English pub, with the core ingredients of excellent service, great food and a charming atmosphere! Service was extremely friendly and attentive even during busy periods. Food was excellent and well priced. Ample parking. Recommended - will be back again!
Wow ! Amazing gluten free meals. Such a variety. Amazing staff, attentive and helpful . We went two nights as we enjoyed it so much. I wish we lived closer. Highly recommended.
Gorgeous roasts, great service and very acceptable prices. Portions were just perfect. My son had a smaller roast and it was very generous. Will be back!
Came here as a last min decision as staying in the area and so glad we did! The food was sublime! Everything was delicious and you could tell it was fresh and homemade. I had the pork belly and it was the best I had ever had, melted in the mouth. Orher members of the party echoed my praises. Will definitely return!
